Can I attend both tracks?
Seating is limited, so please choose your preferred track when registering for the event.
Is there a cancellation or refund policy?
Ticket sales are final for all IAB Canada events.
Is accommodation included in my ticket?
No. Hotel accommodation is optional and booked separately at a preferred attendee rate.
Is parking available at the hotel?
The hotel offers limited valet parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Maximum vehicle height is 6.3 feet (1.93 meters). Self-parking is not available.
Current rates: $63/day or $28/hour.
Guests receive a valet ticket with a QR code to request their car and complete payment quickly.
Alternative parking: Self-park at City Hall across the street (more info), with PATH access to the hotel.
Can I stay at the event hotel?
Yes. A discounted rate is available for registered attendees, subject to availability.
