Our Business of Digital series kicked off this week with The Currency of Talent edition here in Toronto. The afternoon was packed with insights and thought-provoking discussions from some of the greatest leaders from top organizations in the digital advertising industry. One thing is clear, finding qualified digital talent is a big challenge for all stakeholders. Moreover, defining the skills required to future-proof organizations proves to be even more challenging.

Our line-up of industry thought leaders shared incredible insights on what they believed were the skills of the future and what companies can do to attract the type of talent  that is required today and tomorrow. They also delved into candid discussions around retention and creating a culture of innovation.

We were excited to share the latest results of our 2019 Currency of Talent Barometer Report to kick off the event.
