IAB Canada has completed its latest Agency Salary Survey, offering a current snapshot of compensation, workplace trends, and evolving role expectations across Canada’s digital advertising sector. The study offers agency leaders a clear reference for talent planning and compensation discussions.
The 2025 findings reflect a year marked by stabilization and recalibration. Hybrid work has moved firmly into a normalized phase, while efficiency, flexibility, and sustainable growth are shaping decisions around hiring and retention. Agencies have not yet fully redefined their team’s structures in response to AI, but adoption of AI within workflows is underway, progressing at varying stages.
As in previous years, the survey examines a broad range of roles across client services, media, strategy, programmatic, ad operations, social, search, data, and analytics. In addition to salary benchmarks, the report includes insights on benefits, workplace flexibility, training and development, performance reviews, and turnover trends.
The 2025 Salary Survey is available exclusively to IAB Canada member agencies that participated in the study. The findings are designed to support HR leaders, executives, and hiring managers as they make informed decisions and build future-ready teams.
